Bisquit & Dubouché XO Cognac is crafted with the finest eaux-de-vie from Grande Champagne and Petite Champagne, then aged at least 10 years in French oak casks.
It is distilled twice under the watchful eye of distiller Eric Pinard, relying on his expertise, intuition, and senses. The longer distillation time allows for more aromas to be extracted. Rich, full-bodied, and smooth, it’s an aromatic 80-proof cognac that deserves to be savored neat.

Tasting Notes
It’s an aromatic cognac with wood, smoke, cocoa, and tobacco aromas on the nose along with a fruity sweetness with a touch of prune. The palate is rich and full-bodied, the notes from the nose mirrored with additional plum, mocha, cedar wood, and licorice.
