SUSTAINABILITY STRATEGY

The Whiskey Tribe believes that everyone should do their bit to support and sustain the environment and community in which they live. As well as looking to continually improve our own processes, we want to champion brands who are displaying best practice in terms of sustainability, environmental impact and nurturing the people around them.

PACKAGING

We ship thousands of bottles every day and are constantly looking for solutions that allow us to send out drinks safely while minimizing our impact on the environment. We currently use an inflatable, recyclable bubble wrap which comes to us completely flat. This means that we can get by on one-or-two deliveries a year, which massively reduces our carbon footprint. We know there’s always more we can do in this area, however, and if you have any suggestions we’d love to hear from you.

SHOPS AND HQ

While The Whiskey Tribe is very much an online business, we have three US shops as well as a series of events and an HQ stuffed with some of the biggest drinks geeks on the planet. We’re trying to make every bit of our business as sustainable as possible, from banning plastic at our shows to switching to renewable forms of electricity.
