This E.H. Taylor Four Grain is made from a distinct bourbon mash of corn, rye, wheat, and malted barley. Distilled in 2005 it entered into the barrel at 104 proof.

Tasting Notes
Oak, fruits, cocoa, roasted grains, nuttiness with a hint of minerality and citrus. Oak, dark fruit, citrus zest, followed by cocoa, cider, leather and nuttiness followed by a lingering finish of oak, fruit, caramel and cocoa.
